Processing Time
All Vivvidoll products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners (Printify and Lulu Direct) and shipped via USPS, FedEx, DHL, or local carriers depending on your location and the product ordered.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are non-refundable.
