All Vivvidoll products — including notebooks, journals, and art prints — are made to order through print-on-demand partners (Printify and Lulu Direct). Product colors may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration.
3. Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, and designs on vivvidoll.com are original works by Grace Lampi and are protected under copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any designs for commercial purposes without written permission. Purchases grant a personal, non-commercial license to the physical product only.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.
5. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled by us.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vivvidoll is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or packages lost after confirmed delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
